Items Iliana would like to possess or create. The items are on a 'when I have time or hear of them' priority. If skills are mentioned as a prerequisite the minimum level is 5.
Knowledge is perhaps not everything, but it is close. Knowledge is power, but it is also an empty thing if it is not shared. Sharing, like all things, has to be earned though.
[High] The N'letur Selu'Kiira; see history
[High] The most famous scrolls of learning in the Realms. If Iliana ever gets a whisp of where they could be found, she will probably drop (almost) everything.
Lately she has been thinking about the Windsong Tower... So it shot up in the air during the attack - it either (crash) landed somewhere, or, and this is interesting, didn't crash at all but stayed in space, using a Helm. So it could be somewhere in Realmspace: Tears of Selune etc...
[Med] These former Harpers seem to know a lot... and our little elven girl wants to know more... According to some official stuff, reading and copying is free, but finding the right book is - well - time consuming...
[Med] Candle keep has rules about using their library. It comes down to books (expensive ones) go in, and whatever they feel is important goes out. No doubt they have played an important role in protection knowledge, but to Iliana their access rules feel like a toothache. She wants to do something about it, but being not totally crazy, she realizes she has to play this one with care.
Her planning involves 3 steps:
[Med] Find scrolls, book, or other items containing knowledge and history of Aryvandaar (et al), Imaskari (Narfell..Unther), Sharvven/Eaerlann, Netheril, and Elven court/Cormanthyr/Myth-Drannor
[Low] In Torilspace this is somebody who has been around. Question is, how to talk to such an entity...
There are places (and sometimes people) of whom (now) little is known, but their importance is clear.
[Med] Not so much getting gold and magic, but more fact finding,
remembrance etc.
Talfir - Elven writings dating back to the Crown Wars mention a dark-haired, fair-skinned human tribe in the heart of the great forest of Shantel Othreier. The Talfir were the original human inhabitants of the Chionthar river valley in the Western Heartlands. Speakers of Talfiric, a long-lost human tongue based on the Draconic alphabet, the Talfir gradually disappeared over a thousand years ago, their culture overwhelmed by refugees from Low Netheril, Calishite settlers from the south, and Chondathan settlers from the Dragon Coast. The Talfir left little in the way of ruins or artifacts, although Irieabor is rumoured to lie atop an ancient crypt of a Talfir monarch and Talis, a ruined city of the Talfir, lies along the banks of the River Reaching in the depths of the Reaching Woods.
[Low] According to rumours Netheril was a feared Spelljamming culture. Their item magic is useless, but much can be learned - Their Jamming magic should be interesting, though.
[Med] First go and have a talk on Evermeet about it and things they left behind. As it was a 'retreat', Iliana assumes they took all normal important stuff with them. So what is left is either mundane, or very, very, special (Funny this: I wrote this before I read in LEoF that the Nether Scrolls were there... (windsong tower 'launched' Spelljam?) So I think I can nag my DM about this.)
Other thoughs: is the Oldskull part of the meteorite and lying on top of the Uvaeren's library? No mistledale is the location of Uvaeren!
Some powers/factions must be controlled. Not 'now', but they should not be allowed to grow and preferably should be in decline. Undoable for one person, but if she does a little pruning, others might follow suit.
[Low] Who could and want to rule it? Removing the Zhentarim is only step 1.
[Low] Note, not about dragons per se. This probably needs fighters and rogues as magick is not the perfect weapon against draco-liches.
[Low] If removed, the Netherese have no synergy. Do not try this without a skilled rogue.
